Forgiveness Meditation


So often we hold on the pain of what other people have done to us. This meditation allows you to free yourself from the past and move forward, fully empowered and liberated.


How to use this meditation.

Make sure you are sitting up in a comfortable position (unless constrained by injury in which case lie down).

Choose whom you wish to forgive before starting the meditation. Then set your intention to forgive them.

Follow the guided meditation and become free from the limitations of your own emotional pain.
