How to use this meditation.
Make sure you are sitting up in a comfortable position (unless constrained by injury in which case lie down).
Make sure you won’t be disturbed, turn your phone off and if possible all the lights.
Give yourself some time after this meditation to allow the process to land in you.
If any anger comes up for you after this meditation, that’s OK. Its coming up and out to be released, just observe it if you can and be gentle with yourself.
You can repeat this meditation as many times as you feel necessary.
