How to use this meditation.
Make sure you are sitting up in a comfortable position (unless constrained by injury in which case lie down).
You will be guided to drop your awareness from your head brain down into your heart center ( in the middle of your chest behind your sternum).
When guided follow the instructions but always remember that there is no right or wrong way to meditate, you are a sovereign being and YOUR way is always best for you.
Try to do this meditation once a day, it will change all aspects of your life and bring you into heart centered living.
