Tibetan Heart Meditation


A heart based meditation to open your heart, bring you into the present moment, join your ego and heart minds into coherence, boost your immune system, grow your telomeres and change your life.

This meditation is wonderful for self healing, healing relationships and manifesting from heart centered alignment.


How to use this meditation.

Make sure you are sitting up in a comfortable position (unless constrained by injury in which case lie down).

You will be guided to drop your awareness from your head brain down into your heart center ( in the middle of your chest behind your sternum).

When guided follow the instructions but always remember that there is no right or wrong way to meditate, you are a sovereign being and YOUR way is always best for you.

Try to do this meditation once a day, it will change all aspects of your life and bring you into heart centered living.
